The staff is very attentive and supportive. As it was raining and moisture in the room they offered to enlighten a fire. Nice colonial building surrounded by tea plantations.

Mattresses worn - not acceptable when you pay 100 USD per night. Although we agreed the day before on a breakfast time as we had to leave at a fixed time we had to wait 30 minutes. Obviously nothing was communicated to the next shift. No water during the night, no electricity for hours. No problem if you would pay less.

Lovely place, lovely people, I had a lovely time

Lovely apartment. Lovely staff but breakfast service was very slow. The pizza however was outstanding. A few garden chairs in the grounds would have been lovely and some information offered as to the area. We didnt know for example that one can no longer drive around mount mulanje since the floods. But we would definitely gladly stay again.

Room was amazing, food delicious and staff super helpful.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the food was excellent and included plenty of vegan options for us. The lodge is located among beautiful tea estates and mountains and offers hiking trails to the Mulanje.

There wasn't an option to refill bottles with treated drinking water, so we were obligated to buy single use plastic bottles.

Good, fresh and healthy.
