The lodges and the facilities

Yoh... the journey to the lodge was horrible... the path was very muddy and slippery. I would suggest that atleast the path to be laid with small stones for it to be rocky and prevent mud and slippery slopes

The staff were amazing from the time we arrived. They were so friendly and helped us unpack the cars. They were always smiling and willing to help. The Lodge was clean and well equipped. Perfect for a family holiday. The hosts were very accommodating and responded to all requests and information required. The private pool in the bush lodge and the Fire pit area was for our exclusive use. The other units were far apart which was great for privacy. The communal rock pool area was beautiful and well maintained. Overall a very relaxing and tranquil experience, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, around a toasty fire every night. Perfect family getaway

Nothing about the property was bad, just the road getting there, which is no fault of the owners.

"My stay did not meet any of my expectation considering the money that I paid."

Nothing

We booked for 3 adults and 2 kids but the appartment was not conducive for the whole family. Roads to the venue was a disaster and during raining season it is very difficult to move to and from the lodge. For the duration of our stay, cleaners only came one day even though we indicated that we need housekeeping. Electricity was off during the majority of our stay which affected network and wifi connections and affected the tv not to play.

The staff were so great and friendly...and the views were great and everyone was so easy to talk to and accommodating

There was no electricity when we got there but luckily it came later...so we had no network for some time
