Beautiful nature! Friendly staff.

...just bring your own sleeping cushions but I am really nitpicking now!

Clean Peaceful Comfortable

The stairs were too steep. The self hike needs directions.. Maybe a map on a set route

Janet, Shadrack, and all the cleaning staff were exceptional. Janet was amazing on watsapp with all the info and directions provided. Unit is extremely spacious and clean Lovely views Variety of books and board games available Great wifi, and the unit comes with Netflix...no dstv but the app is available . Staff meet you at the unit to check you in and help with unpacking your car. This was a lovely and personal touch....I hate the usual long check in procedures at some places.

Some suggestions Please consider adding a kids' play area like a jungle gym or trampolines. There isn't much for young kids to do outside. Would also be nice if you allowed self game drive on certain of the routes. Add an umbrella or some shelter on the balcony. It is too hot during the day to sit there. These are juat some suggestions...we had no complaints...thank you for the wonderful time.

We really enjoyed coming to this lodge, the facilities were outstanding. We had the private Villa, Bush Lodge, reserved, and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Absolutely breath taking. Shadreck was our guide and he is amazing, and the most gracious and helpful person!

Nothing, it was perfect!

The rooms were tidy and the view from the deck was good.

The access to the property was through a lengthy gravel road.

Accomodation had everything and nicely secluded within the reserve. Emma was excellent throughout our stay, always checking in on us and answering the many questions we had.

Outside seating would benefit from a better covering as the perspex made it too hot. Thatch would be cooler and make it more comfortable.

I stayed on the complex throughout my stay - didn't have to use the car. Staff welcome on arrival was excellent.

The bed felt a bit 'tired' Enjoyed a long walk/hike but iw would be good if the route could be mapped out

It was a great break away from home close to home. It felt like you were taken away from the rush and fuss of the city. The animals were very gentle but even though most of them ran they were beautiful. The view from the balcony was a wonderful one indeed and also had a place to lay down and/or sit down and eat. The staff were kind in helping pack and unpack the room when you came and left the also provided a rulebook so you can be aware of every thing that could harm you or the animals at the lodge. The place was fantastic with a neat area to stay in. Gazing at the stars on the balcony was just as wonderful as the place. Over all the place was one of the best lodges we have been to.

There were a few spiders inside but they didn't bite. It is a long drive in the place in general after passing a farm and over 3km of dirt road into the lodge itself.
