It’s location is perfect & has breath taking views off nature, very calm place to be. The Game Drive was so great, the Ranger is a lovely person who very patient & very passionate about her job, she gave us great insight about Game life, she’s well informed about her job

Not much activities

The family enjoyed every minute of it, the kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the TV and seeing giraffes right outside of our windows. It was the best holiday

The steps oh my goodness the steps

The chalet was beautiful and big enough the view was incredible. We really liked eating outside enjoying the mountains view.

The game ranger was not able to take us to the view deck during our game drive.

The outdoor shower, beautiful surroundings of the African bush, comfortable beds and a swimming pool area nearby. The chalet itself is breathtakingly gorgeous!

There are stairs everywhere, quite a bit of a workout just to get to the bathrooms. The kitchen could do with more supplies please (pots, salad bowls, glasses, cultery) as well as new bath towels. They were clean but off-colour.

Well equipped lodge and peaceful surroundings.

The pillows and bedding needs to be replaced in my opinion

It was awesome. Very quiet and clean

The bathroom lighting was a bit dark

Loved the location, the animals and the super staff.

The HUGE steps were difficult for my old parents to manage - but we did :-)

no blankets and it was really cold Kitchen needs some additions like placemats and dishes for braai - like a silver tray/dish usually found mop should be included
