La Kruger Lifestyle Lodge - No Loadshedding

The staff were excellent and the service was very good. We had dinner one evening and it was very well presented and prepared. We rarely eat more than one course, so for us the set menu did not allow us enough flexibility, we would have eaten every night if this had been available. The breakfast boxes that were provided for breakfast when we went into the Kruger were excellent.

We were disappointed that the pool did not appear very inviting, the water did not appear very clean. Our room was a deluxe double, it was adequate for our needs as a base for visiting Kruger, but is on the small size. We felt the lighting was poor annd the bedroom was quite dark, some areas, such as under the sink unit and the shower door ridges really needed a deep clean.

Everything about the place was amazing. The breakfast was mouth-watering. Amazing and friendly staff.

Our room was rather small, and there was not enough space to move around.

I found the prices on their menu ridiculously expensive.

The size of the room was great and the staff is really friendly. We loved that breakfast packs were prepared for our early morning game drives - that was very thoughtful 😀. The locations is excellent, and although it is not inside the Kruger, it still feels like you are out there in the wild. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved my stay at the lodge. The staff were extremely friendly and always accommodating of my dietary and dining preferences. The lodge is situated in Marloth Park which is a short distance to Kruger so the location is quite ideal. I truly appreciated the room upgrade and enjoyed having my meals and wine on the private terrace. The stay gave me a good idea of what I would have otherwise missed out on and I will most certainly book the chalet when i next return to Kruger. Thank you for a most memorable stay in the bush!
