Old Mill Drift Guest Farm is a secluded gem nestled in the mountains. We visited from a Monday to Friday, so it was lovely and quiet. There are lovely relaxing walks. The water coming down the streams flowing into the Dams was clean. It was lovely to not see pollution in the water. There are a lot of birdlife and views of the mountains. Beautiful sunrise views. The staff are very friendly, and a huge bonus are the Warmblood stud horses, which Yvonne and her staff pride themselves in. Well done for all your hard work to make the Farm a success.

This is the most magical place I've visited, and I travelled to many places in the world. Absolutely amazing staff, who ended up becoming friends for life. You'll get to interact with horses, ponies and donkeys as well as all the friendly doggies on the farm! If you have a dog, take them with you! everyone there loves dogs, some cottages are fully enclosed if you prefer to keep your dogs contained, though friendly pups can roam around and make friends on the farm! The views everywhere you look are out of this world. It's an ideal location to unwind and find your inner peace. I'm a solo traveling female and I felt safe on the farm, in my cottage and on the hikes. This farm is perfectly located near Clarens & The Golden Gate National Park. Both only a short drive away. 100% returning as soon as I can, because I found my little piece of heaven on this farm.

Everything. The road, the facility, there is no fishing area as promised on your website. The furniture is old nothing like what we saw online as per your ads. The cabins are just neat, not something you would leave your home for. We ended up opting for the guard house which was better equipped with old furniture. My highest disappointment was sleeping on a bed that smells of other people. The pillows smelled really bad it was like they were not changed for new guests. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The views only

Extortion, you even pay for a simple WiFi, no hot water to shower, no coffee or sugar. This is by far the worst place I ever slept at.
