Location on the river was very nice

The staff were very unfriendly and the restaurant facilities and quality was terrible

Everything was perfect

The Chalet I was in was very cute and cosy.

The pool was disgusting, green in color. Please clean it.... It is what attracted us to book there as well. The owner is kinder relaxed about maintaining the property, I am sorry to say

The Lady from the reception was friendly and accommodating. The views and also the room was clean and spacious

When we were checking out there was no one to attend us we waited for good 15 mins then we had to leave the keys infront and left

The views, the river, the pool, the room, the receptionist, Yonella was very friendly and helpful. She needs a raise 😉

Some of the lady staff in the restaurant weren't very helpful & didn't have a good attitude.

Die Lage war gut und wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer war sauber. Spielplatz und Swimmingpool war sauber und in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer hatte kaum Steckdosen. Um das Telefon zu laden, musste ich den Fernseher ausstecken. Das Bad war do klein, dass die Tür der Dusche nicht richtig geöffnet werden kann. Die Tür zum Bad ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Das Zimmer hatte keinen eigenen Kühlschrank. Auf dem Gelände liefen fremde Hunde herum, die auch nach meinem Enkel geschnappt haben und auf das Trampolin gesprungen kamen. Ich musste mich erst in der Rezeption melden, damit der Hund beiseite geschafft wurde.
