The View is stunning. The lodge layout and buildings are gorgeous 🥰🥰 the mountain behind and the refreshing air. The convenience of the restaurant in the yard

The ironing room is far and the irons are not hot enough. There is no liquid milk in the rooms. It's difficult to blend water in the shower it goes cold on its own

Size of the room

Washing with cold one because the gas eas not replaced. Waiting 3 hours for dinner at the restaurant. Paying for 4 people and having to fight for 4 towels as they were only two towels. It's a lot.

Ravintola ja aamiaistila haisi vahvasti diesel-öljyltä. Jouduin perumaan illallisen ja aamaisen, josta hotelli perusteettomasti veloitti.

There is no WiFi in the rooms, no assistance to get suitcases up very steep stairs , room was small with cracked old TV, food takes forever and staff don't care. Ntaaba next door is perfect.

Excellent location, beautiful surroundings and the exterior of the property is really good. The staff and duty managers were friendly and welcoming.

The interior rooms seem tired and outdated, not well maintained and not really clean (lots of spider webs, and ants as well). The shower mixer did not work properly. We had boiling hot water or freezing cold water coming out of the shower head.Thereafter barely any water came out due to low water pressure.The beds, bedding and pillows were old and uncomfortable. Had really poor sleep, what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into the most uncomfortable, tiring stay. We wish that the attention placed on the upkeep of the exterior of the property could be channeled to improve the basic needs of the guest like a clean room, good shower and comfortable beds.
