The most spectacular view from a beautiful chalet. Very friendly helpful staff who will do anything to make your stay relaxing and fabulous. Amazing wood fired hot tub overlooking the gorge and river. A delicious breakfast with a magic view.

We should have booked for more than one night.

Beautiful setting. Good value for money. Fun that you can order a braai platter and just relax in your room and enjoy a fire and braai with a glass of wine. The hot tubs are a great feature and fun activities around the hotel when the weather is good. Comfortable beds. The cabin is great for families with the kids having their own ‘floor’.

The restaurant for lunch and dinner is extremely cold in winter, it’s unpleasant to sit there for any length of time. We tried the hot tub but it was made so hot that it was impossible to sit in it for more than a few minutes even when adding lots of cold water so we had to abort the romantic soirée.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, eine Unterkunft für pure Entspannung und traumhafter Natur. Das Essen war fantastisch, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich.

It was cold and there could have been better heating options

Eine wirklich schöne und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Unser Chalet war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet mit direktem Blick auf den Fluss. Das Frühstück war super! Es gab tolle warme Speisen a la carte und ansonsten Buffet. Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr lecker und die Preise auch in Ordnung. Es gibt Jacuzzis die von allen genutzt werden können, wenn sie frei sind. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
