"Great location!"

Although the property seemed a little off at first, overall my room was comfortable and the AC unit was very cold. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The location was the best part. Thanks!

Maybe on the cleanliness. But overall, it was okay.

Great location there's a lot of store around the area one ride away to rent a boat for island hopping. Near to MJ square for night life. There is always an available transportation and near to other tourist spot

The location and the rent. Very affordable. Good CR. Food is accessible, Rides, transpo is accessible. BEACH is accessible. Not a noisy area. With parking. With good lighting. With water in 2nd floor. Very good aircon.

Just please fix the dripping water from the aircon. Its dangerous with wet floor. Iys a small detailbut it needs to be managed. The rest, perfect

Very accessible. Very affordable. It is very spacious for us 6 pax. Cold aircondition. Patient staff. Very near to Kota Beach, blue coral. I LOVE IT. WE LOVE IT. Do not look for too much amenities. Practical accommodation.
