The way rooms are

The floor tiles were sticky, the chair was one in the room for two. The staff was making noise in the morning when the guests were still resting. Please place shower caps.

The room was clean

The room service was poor I requested room service But no one came to assist even though I went to the reception myself to request assistance,there was no hot water in the evening I had a cold shower and in the morning just before checking out, the staff was not friendly and welcoming at all

We didn't know that the breakfast need to be paid apart from the accommodation price. We didn't have breakfast on the house, there was no electricity and they didn't have a backup. The place is beautiful and we managed to create our own activities.

The should have a backup in case of electricity going on and off

the standard of breakfast is very poor, need improvement. no beacon.

no cereals, no fruits and every time you have to request things like milk. the breakfast should be atleast be like buffet. i persons should have a choice to choose from. like eggs.

The receptionist was so good to us

The place was so filthy and the fact that there's no dstv channels sucks. The shower was a disgrace

I liked the pool and the staff.

The poor wifi service, the toilet was licking and the television hard poor network connection, it would glitch regularly. The breakfast wasn't the best, I'd suggest gaving more variety.
