The rooms are beautifully furnished with modern touches. Friendly and warm hostess. Ideal place to switch off from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I generally like everything.

Lack of heating at a time when it was cold. The Aircon was out of order.There weren't contingency light facilities. Stayed in darkness when the power went off

the receptionist or staff was not friendly with my guest, we hold a reputation and that is totally unacceptable, and another the place didn't have water which is bad, and they were supposed to make alternative for this, but they chose not to.

Nothing

Toilet did not flush, had to move all our stuff to a new unit, in the new unit the TV did not work and there was no WI FI reception as advertised. The only thing in the unit is a microwave, no plates or utensils, Price as advertised was not the same that was paid. Mirror in bathroom cannot be used as it is too low.

Great, flexible host she was the highlight of our stay.. Amazing dinner and breakfast catered by our host. Clean room and bathroom with white bedding and place to hang clothes. Spacious rooms and convenient location.

There was an issue with the water - no hot water and the cold water was in and out. We booked for a room for R800 on Booking.Com. but we were invoiced R950. There was dust inside the kettle. The bed was quite hard. The place was very loud, we can hear everything happening in the rooms next door. Neighbours were up at 6am speaking at the top of their voices, sound travels.
