I only like the location. That was the only thing I liked. Everything else was shitty. It was horrible. It was dirty. It was not up to date. The curtains were ripped. The breakfast was horrible. I will never stay here again

In the room the curtains had rips through them. You can see through the Sun. Some of the windows were you know didn't have sufficient locks. They had a funky smell the way the bathroom door is. You can't even close it all the way because it hits the toilet. The heater was falling apart. The the buttons that you pressed to have to keep the heat on the whole plastic was falling off when I went to breakfast. Nothing matched when I asked the staff like. Hey, where's the biscuits you have this that we don't serve that we don't do this. Nothing went together. It was not a full breakfast. It was really horrible like it was watery, watered, soaked and water eggs. It was just horrible and when I went to make concerns to the owners he was like no this is what we do. This is how we do it and I was like no. This is not how you should do it like you don't even have sufficient good vegetables or fruits and everything was damn near empty. And you can tell they were bothered if you asked for a coffee refill or if you asked for a juice refill or a tea refill or more batter for the little waffles. The only thing that was good from there was the waffles but even then when I went they didn't have any syrup. It was empty when I asked her to feel it. They made these comments. Basically you could tell they didn't like that. I was bringing up issues that I was noticing about the whole facility. Not only that, I requested a room that they said that they could accommodate with a bathtub through via email with sufficient proof and he was like oh we didn't see that and I didn't respond to that and I was like well then why would I get an email saying that yes you accepted this? And yes this is okay and so it was just a horrible experience. I will never stay there again. It would cost way too much for that. Crappy hotel. You know what I mean. I just feel like the picture should match the breakfast and match.

Lighting could have been better.

Through pictures and outside the property looks nice and taken care of but unfortunately inside is a different story. The room smelled, it was humid, the sheets did not seem that they were 100% washed. There were cockroaches!!! I had to move my family to another hotel because it was so disgusting. The staff offered me another room but I could not have my children in such environment.
