Quality Inn & Suites Jackson

The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is older but it has been upgraded. The continental breakfast was decent.

The room and bathroom are on the smaller side. It was disappointing there was no suitcase stand. I was on the bottom floor. The people above me had animals that were running around. I called the front desk to complain. The manager called the people. It got quieter but I could still hear the animals moving around.

We did not have breakfast at the site.

The rooms were tidy and appeared clean. However the laminate floor was extremely dirty. Also, the area around the office area had a lot of litter.

The room was very clean.

The bathroom mirror light was poor for putting on makeup, The toilet was to close to the ground for us older folks. There was no bar soap for washing hands. Access to the property was very poorly marked. The bananas at breakfast were super green.

Good location, right across from the gas station and close to stores.

Room smelled musty, I had to find accommodation last minute as I was caught up in the Tahoe storm. Room is dark, definitely need to update lighting. Don’t bother coming for breakfast - unless you just want to eat bread and butter and apples and bananas, it’s a joke.

I was very pleased with the accommodations. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful!
