Quality Inn & Suites Jackson

We dud not stay in Jackson California We were supposed to be in Wyoming but was booked wrong so was charged for a room in a state we were not in. Booking.com is a scam. You pay way to much thru them and they said we booked a room with no cancelation. We did stay in a Quality Inn in Nebraska and it was a really good experience.

The room was FILTHY. There were stains everywhere (on the bed, the couch, etc.) and when we tried to find a plug we discovered an inch of dust behind the furniture, which looked like it hadn't been touched in months. The lack of basic hygiene was appalling.

It's been a good place to go when I meey my girlfriend every two weeks because I live in Nevada. It's a good getaway for both of us

The past two times we've been there, the housekeeping staff has been invariably rude. Check out time is at 11:00 in about 10:15 this day before last, the girl for the front desk came down and said she was told to strip the bed. My girlfriend was in the shower and I was taking things to the car before we checked out. And I said no, my girlfriend's in the shower we check out at 11:00. She looks me goes oh so I should do it now proceeds to put the key in the lock and open the door and I said what part of she's in the shower don't you understand come back after we check out. The second time this past weekend ,some guy knocked on our door and said housekeeping it was 10:20, we were in bed talking and I said no thank you we're good. He proceeds to talk again, then opens the damn door to which my girlfriend goes off on him that check out is 11, that we're not going to be forced out of our room early because you want to clean up early. And this guy is laughing about it said okay sorry. Far from funny ,that's the last time we stay there. The front desk staff of the manager are absolutely wonderful and we like the area but that's just a bit much.
