Quality Inn & Suites Jackson

The staff was nice and helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. Newer floors and new bathroom sink. Good water pressure. Lots of clean towels. The kitchen still needed to be updated.

Outdated kitchen, older dirty stove only one garbage can in the bungalow.

I liked the location in a cute small town

The bathroom tub didn’t appear to be clean, but most likely is was ok.

Room was spacey, 3 queen beds

Room stank of old carpets, old furniture, bathroom bathtub needs to be changed for its mold and overuse stains, air conditioning of breakfast building in front of room is very noisy and disturbing . Breakfast room not inviting at all, we preferred to skip breakfast.

We liked the little park we liked all the white Tivoli lights that Lit the driveway the gentleman at the desk was very nice. The bathroom was very clean the towels were nice the beds were comfortable it would have been nicer if they had carpeting however I know that they allow dogs in the rooms which we did not have our dogs. The location was very good for where we needed to go. There was lots of room and the TV was nice.

The furniture smelled like wet dogs we got flea bites there was garbage in the front yard there was two people that lived permanently on either side of the Bungalow which had children that were a little noisy in the morning however the neighbors were very nice. The kitchen didn't have any paper towels or a washcloth or dish soap there was two coffee cups and a microwave oven that was cleaned but the stove was horrendous it had been used so many times that it was a black and the metal was peeled off and there was food that was still left inside the burners and it was absolutely disgusting and if you're going to rent to people you should throw that stove away!!! There was paint drops still on the bathtub from when they painted the walls so I did them a favor and took the paint off the bathtub. A few pictures on the wall would be nice and a full length mirror somewhere. We had to leave a day early anyway because I was very ill and sick to my stomach so we only stayed there one night thank God.

This time, I did not enjoy my room. It was not satisfactory. When I went for breakfast, there was literally an apple and banana. Received attitude when asking. After waiting, the pancake batter was thinner than water....

Staff extremely kind and attentive, had a wonderful stay have stayed there a few times and this is my choice for When I visit Jackson California
