"Disappointing"

the continental breakfast

advertised the casino was within 10 minutes of the hotel, is actually 10 minutes away via auto, law enforcement showed up and had some people handcuffed and was searching the room, very disappointing

"Questionable quality for a "Quality Inn" brand."

Noisy dirty heater fan. Dirty carpets. Bathroom is yucky.

The room needs a complete remodel. Needs paint, new carpet, new heater and bathroom fixtures all need replacing.

"The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating when I needed to add on days for the reservation."

Convenient location for Jackson Rancheria

Too many people roaming in the middle of the night and side door of building kept being left open. There was no key entry working.
