The property was incredibly clean, easy to access, and absolutely beautiful. The owners were so kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more special. The property had so much to offer, including stunning onsens and private in room bath onsens. The location was also perfect, the shuttle bus was only a short walk away, and there were plenty of food options just a three minute walk from the property.

Onsen was amazing!

Mattresses are very thin and sagging, new thicker mattresses would make the stay ideal!!

Very nice and polite hosts who have gone above and beyond during our family winter stay. Starting from complimentary pick up and drop off at the train station, accommodating our early check in and sourcing medication from local pharmacy for our youngest son who was not feeling the best and needed fever medication.We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at Hokuba with family. Location is perfect with short walk to main street with favourite restaurants,ski hire shops and bus shuttle station. Will definitely be coming back again next winter season.

Nothing to add here as not possible to fault service, location or accommodation
