The hosts were very kind and accommodating. There was heavy snowfall and all the trains got cancelled, and they kindly offered me to cancel for free on the day, which they didn’t have to do. They helped me find a way to get to Hakuba eventually and picked me up from the station. The location is also great next to Sakka slope, so close to busses that take you to all the slopes. Recommended for a solo traveler!

"Very comfortable stay in a convenient location close to the slopes"

Super friendly and helpful staff. Our room for 5 was very spacious and cosy. The facilities are very clean. There is also a small bath, with possibility to book for private use. The location is very convenient, with only a few mins walk from Happo one Sakka lifts, but it is slightly further away from the center area of Hakuba.

The shuttle service is only between 10:00-16:00, which is a bit limited.
