女主人様がとても親切。 登山のため夜明け前にチェックアウトするのを許可してくれたり、スキーシーズン前でまだ利用可能ではなかった乾燥室のストーブを入れて、濡れた靴など乾かすのを手伝ってくれました。

Hotel owner is very kind and help the guest a lot.

Nothing unsatisfied. Everything is OK. The public toilet is smelling a little. Hope the staff could check it out.
