Absolute value for money. It was an exceptional experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely accomodating. The food was out of this world! If you're looking for a true South African experience - this is definitely the place to go.

The furnishing in the room is very old, the place looks tired and needs a lot of love. It is so run down

Staff are always friendly and remembered my parents from a previous visit. They made my dad's birthday special and even baked him a delicious cake. The food was delicious and well prepared.

The door was unable to lock. So it was not a good night's rest

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Stunning rooms and a great environment with animals roaming around.

My Spa experience was unfortunately horrible! We booked a couples massage, which was supposed to be relaxing and calming. Hubby's was fine but unfortunately my masseuse was anything but gentle with me and I left there bruised - literally! I stopped her before the time was up because it became unbearable! I'm not referring to the type of pressure used but the way she handled me - felt like I was at a chiropractor.
