Excellent location and calm

That we could walk aroundain the wild and be one with nature. The guides were very friendly and informative the people these made our Tay one for the books, I will definitely book more days next time

I enjoyed my stay and the gamedrive with Jumari(hope I spilled it correctly) she was fun!

We arrived at the reception at 13h05 but our room was ready at 15h00. Can they pay attention at getting rooms ready on time.

the location was beautiful and private, the pool was the star of the show and very clean. we have all the things we needed, just make sure you bring enough food if you are not going to joint them for dinner or breakfast. ohh.. and we saw some giraffe's when driving to your unit which was so beautiful. they even supplied a can of peaceful sleep for mosquitoes.

Beds were nice and comfortable, lovely outside area and liked the kitchen lay out. Zebra lodge is very pretty and loved the stay once settled in.

Kitchen not well equipted, wall and floor tiles in showers VERY dirty, toilet in main bedroom was badly soiled upon check-in in other words not cleaned by staff. Asked for early check in at 1pm on the 26th of Dec, but house wasnt ready until after 4pm and saw housekeeping staff busy on their phones while we had to wait. Then they waited to be fetched for over an hour and sat on the outside chairs where we wanted to relax. Wi-fi not strong and reception overall not good. All things that can be fixed.

In general all went well.. Just a little hiccup at check in. To begin with.. it was my 2nd time booking at Zebra, first time was with my partner and I just thought it will be nice to bring my child and my sister this time around coz I thought the experience was great and their service was exceptional. The receptionist ladies were quite friendly and professional, the only part I ddnt get is when one of them asked us to use our own vehicle( which was close to impossible given how bumpy the roads there are, and our vehicle was way too low)to go for meals whereas the last time the safari vehicle was fetching us. It was part of what I actually wanted my daughter to experience but was told, the vehicles will be busy and there wont be anyone to fetch us. Busy with? Other guests? Aren't we paying guests as well? Mind you i paid R12500 for that 2 night stay and activities so did I not deserve the same service? On arrival at our rooms I then voiced my concern to one nice lady that was inspecting the rooms, just one phone call and all was sorted. The safari vehicles were available and even empty, at the end all went well and we did enjoy the rest of our stay. Thanks to the team, from the caterers to the drivers.. but... for that incident I won't be giving the establishment full stars this time ..
