Zebra Nature Reserve

Th place is surrounded by nature. And the free roaming animals. The room was spacious too.

The carpet had a bit of a stench. The bathrooms could use an upgrade

Due to unexpected circumstances, we were rather late getting to the resort and checking in, the Dining Staff were absolutely fantastic and served us with wonderful smiles even though we had to make them wait for us

Nothing, will not recommend it

Its very outdated and needs a refurbishment, food was not upto scratch for a 4 star facility. They had lots of power cuts , every night the power was switched off from 10:00 pm and only came back on around 6:00 am

The accommodation was neat and clean and the garden areas were beautifully designed. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and supper. Staff were friendly and helpful and were quick to sort things out for any issues raised. Beautiful surroundings!

Communication was lacking when it came to where the venue would be on particular days for supper. Apparently the wait staff were supposed to inform us at breakfast that the venue for supper would be elsewhere. However, in two incidences this did not happen. Fortunately, the Game Rangers at the lodge came and informed us and gave us a lift to the alternative venue. Also, Booking.com showed Zebra Game Lodge as being wheelchair friendly which is not the case. I would not recommend this place for anyone in a wheelchair or who is reliant on walkers.

They should get tv for the kids besides that the facility is outstanding. I liked it

The good, the staff, the serenity of the environment, the roaming animals and the Kayak activity. Also the Ndebele village.
