"Central location in Stellenbosch with big family room"

The house is charming and very close by the university, on walking distance (5-10 mins) to the center of Stellenbosch. The family room was spacious. We had breakfast outside in the garden/courtyard.

The space between the different buildings felt a bit empty, lacking charm and needed more green zones. The pools are quite small. The room and especially the bathroom felt a bit outdated. Wifi wasn’t working very well all the time.

The floorboards were incredibly noisy, not only mine but the people upstairs. It was hard to sleep as I'd get woken up every time they moved in their room.
