Only the staff members were friendly and helpful.

The geyseys were not working. We bathed with cold water. Shower doors broken, and the rooms were not properly cleaned. We were moved three times since our arrival which was a bit annoying. Rooms had no refridgerators/microwaves. Linen and towels had stale smell. No value for money.

The sorounding was fantastic

The shower was not properly neat. The was no table to use when eating.

Tap water was so dirty. We asked for our laundry to be washed, the clothes were still bit dirty, not smelling good and they forgotten one shirt in their laundry. kitchen did not have the microwave. The shower was leaking, leaving the hole bathroom full of water everywhere.

When they did our laundry, they forgotten my husband's shirt in their laundry and only called when we were hours away. They did not come with solutions of how they can send it to us. The services were poor up to the room service.

Room was very spacious and had all the basic resources we needed. and scenery, and their hearty breakfast.

No breakfast and the location was fine

Everything, their rooms have everything you’d like to have in your living space

They do not have back up for electricity

the Cottage was Okay , clean and fresh. air conditioners were well maintained as it is very hot in the area

tiles were falling off the wall and mosquito nets were full of mosquitoes , bathrooms could use showers not just bath tubs .
