Outdated, no restaurant, One house was ok, the other was not clean and broken door with open connection to outside (spiders etc)

Good location on the main road. Quiet and peaceful. Liked the coffee, tea, sugar milk sachets in the rooms. Cups, plates and cutlery are okay. Free wifi at reception. The friendliness of staff, especially Cedric and Tshilidzi, they went out of their way to take care of us.

The beds are old, uncomfortable and one can actually feel the springs on the mattress. The pillows are hard, waking up with a sore neck. The towels are dull and old, showers have grease and grime on the floors, shower curtains old and washed out. The kettles are so rusty inside, the colour has actually changed to brown, scary to even boil water in them, let alone the fact that they’re not working. The two plate stove is so old and dirty, the inside of microwave is dirty, the fridge is very old and unclean, it’s hinges are rusty and squicky, wardrobes are self made and of low class quality, some rooms don’t have bed pedestals, those blankets are not suitable for a lodge. The paint on the walls is dull. The pics and description on the website are misleading. The place is not luxurious at all. It needs a complete makeover.

lot of things to improve. Looks like lodge was vacant for long time. we were welcomed by centipede. Tap was throwing rusty water. Aircon was not working. there were spider on the bed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location to Kruger Park is great.

Quite a bit of maintenance needed on the unit and the whole lodge in general. Some kitchen items missing.
