The staff are family friendly

Nice friendly comfrotable place. Jessica, the woman who ran the place was very nice, checking to make sure I had a hat and sunscreen to walk outside in hot midday sun; checking in the evening to make sure I was okay walking to and from a estaurant for dinner after dark

Victoria falls has many high end places and many lower end places. Pennywise is a solid middle end place that is a short drive to town and very comfortable to stay and great value. We stayed in 3 rooms and the staff and owner were super accommodating to us. We did the $5 breakfast which was great to start the day. We were served on a nice picnic bench together and enjoyed being together.

It was okay location not too bad

The outside needs tyding and the pool not really attractive

I loved the stay at Pennywise! I didn’t expect much because it was the cheapest option at Vic Falls, but the place is so nice and welcoming - rooms are clean, well equipped. There is a kitchen we could use. Manager Cyril helped us with moving around town and booking activities. Very nice place, if I ever come back, I will stay there.

Enjoyed meeting both Cyril & Jessie. They really tried to help out as much as they could. They were genuinely caring for our needs. The quiet location, the gardens, the different tables/settees outside, it all was very pleasant. Great to have wifi and a fridge in the room as well as aircon.

Mattresses were worn and have seen better days.

Lovely and quiet with plenty of outdoor seating/loungers.

There is no cafe or bar and it was a bit of a walk (around 15 mins ) to the nearest I found which was a backpacker place on West Drive.
