Pennywise Cottages

The accommodation was perfect, Cyril organized everything for us from the pick up from the Airport to the tours at really affordable prices. He explained everything to us. Our activities were amazing, all transportation was easily accessible. Really a great place to stay when visiting Victoria Falls.

Everything was fine. All expectations met. There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

First of all, the staff. People who work there are smiling, communicative and helpful. The location of the facility is close to the city and waterfalls. You can go on foot. The room is clean, comfortable beds, access to wifi, hot water in the shower. The facility is closed at night. I was able to check in earlier and check out later which helped me a lot with my flights. I also got help with arranging transport between the airport and the hotel.

Unfortunately the pool is in the shade and was not clean. The sunbeds and mattresses are old, there is no comfortable place to sunbathe. I sunbathed in the parking lot between the entrance and the reception because there was sun there. The facility is next to a school so you can hear the noise of children which disturbs the rest a bit.

The room was dated but clean. Everything was working. Friendly host. Location was convenient.

Quiet, rural with kitchen facilities located in a very safe area lovely walk to shops and Victoria falls the host were very kind and helpful good value for money.

The rooms were very clean homely, which was great! But more than anything, the customer service is 5-star! The manager and the entire team take great care of their guests, they're super helpful and attentive and it really makes you feel like you're in a family home. They helped organise all my activities, gave great information and generally facilitated my entire stay there. Highly recommended to anyone ever visiting Victoria Falls.

Everything

The best place to stay in Victoria falls, whether you're solo, a couple, or with family. I had a comfortable stay, and you could find restaurants close by. You can walk to Victoria Falls for about 20 mins from there. Every staff member at the cottage was great. Cyril was the best. He helped me arrange everything and even guided me with restaurants and visa related matters.

Everything was top notch.

The room was simple and comfortable. A lot of storage space, a fridge and chairs & tables out front to sit. The manager, Cyril, is the best. Whatever you need (tours, transfers, etc.) he will organize for you efficiently, while keeping you up to date through Whatsapp. I can fully recommend this establishment!

I didn't dislike anything, really.
