Clean, birds sounds, but overall quiet, nature "at the front door". Great if you are looking for an authentic retro experience. Kind house keeper. Spot wild animals a few minutes away.

The bathroom/shower needs a few improvements. One of the sink taps was loose. The shower head should have a high wall mount and a curtain. The windows/balcony doors were old with some of the iron sliding locks stuck.

The staff member who looked after us (Nuno I believe) was absolutely brilliant. Looked after us so well, incredibly helpful. We could’ve had quite an average experience but he was fantastic.

Building inside hunting park with live deer walking walking before the windows. Quiet and large room with separate bath room. Comfortable bed and caring staff.

Amazing hotel

Everything was perfect

The room is comfortable, the bed is great. Being in the middle of nature is an incredible experience. We saw stags and deer eating moss from the tree just outside our window and saw some wild boar as well. If you want a peaceful place and somewhere for good hikes, this place is for you.

- Be aware that the bathroom is not in the bedroom. It's private, but the corridor to access it is public. - Breakfast needs to be ordered 48h in advance, but there's no reference about that on booking.com, nor any message being sent over to guests reminding them about this. - Kitchen is only accessible when staff is present, and then they lock the kitchen. We managed to order groceries by from uber eats to have breakfast, but then they didn't even want to let us use the kitchen. It made us feel a bit unwelcome.

Amazing building and surroundings, even with stormy weather it was warm, a very pleasant fireplace as a plus

It could have a small service or food supply at least for breakfast, as there aren’t any options inside the property or at a walking distance
