The staff were very helpful esp Maristella. The bed was very comfortable.

There needs to be a better system to enter the accommodation after the park has closed. Whether this is a key code entry on the gate or a fob for guests to access the external gate and internal gate to the property. In the summer months a fan is needed to help keep the room cool as air conditioning, is not possible in a listed period property.

perfect area, super friendly and arranging staff, beautiful surroundings: the perfect getaway for a few days of peace and tranquility in a lush and beautiful forest frame in such a cute decor. The bedding is amazingly confortable and the atmosphere really gives you the friendliest old family mansion vibes.

the separate bathroom might be a little bit too old in terms of style and also the fact it's not "en suite" but it also participates to the old charm of the house.

The location is exotic and filled with history. The room was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful.
