Witsieshoek Mountain Lodge

Subject: Feedback on Our Recent Stay We left very disappointed with our experience. While the property itself is in a nice location, the rooms were outdated and not clean. We found dirty curtains and issues in the shower - I’ve attached a few photos for reference. We also found the restaurant very poor. The vegetables were overcooked, the meat tasted reheated, and overall the food had no flavor. Given the high rates, we were extremely dissatisfied with the quality of both the rooms and the service. We had hoped for much more at this price point. I hope this feedback is helpful and that these issues can be addressed for future guests.

A few times we'd to ask for self-serve breakfast items to be topped up e.g coffee, eggs, toast. Would have been nice to have them provided before asking and then having to wait while it was made.

Stunning location - incredibly warm staff. Outstanding views, love all the windows!
