Kinship Lodge with Hot Tub

The overall state of the lodge. No heating or hot water the bath and shower was limesclaled up and needed New taps, filthy dishwasher and kitchen floor. Dirty linen and mattresses . Shower stuck on only one temperature.All was reported and a formal complaint made. Waiting for results.

Really nice view of the lake and fountains from the hot tub, beds were comfy and the food in the restaurant was beautiful. I’m not too bothered about golf but the golf course looked really good

Only bad thing is it’s very difficult to get a taxi if your planning on going anywhere. But if you drive this won’t be an issue

Good location, dog friendly and was really homely

Very spacious, so much storage space, loads of utensils in the kitchen and board games in the lounge, well decorated and very cozy and great it was pet friendly so the dog could be with us

Only gave 1 towel per person but when you have a hot tub and need to use in the bathrooms could really do with an extra set of towels. Also no house keeping but just a couple of very very small bins in kitchen which when staying for 2 nights and feeding a family isn’t ideal and we didn’t even eat in both evenings. Could do with daily bin emptying and just a general bit of house keeping
