"Fabulous relaxing stay!"

Location is absolutely perfect if you’re wanting to explore York as it’s a 15 min drive to the centre and also right round the corner from the designer outlet if you like shopping. However, it’s also perfectly tucked away in the lovely village of Naburn which is surrounded by lots of greenery! Perfect for either relaxing or exploring. Breakfast was lovely as the lovely couple bring it you in a basket at your preferred time. Bed was super comfy and bath was lovely

Breakfast better than expected and arrived on time and really good food. Hosts friendly and helpful re local eateries. Accomodation was immaculate and everything worked as it should - one of the best b&bs' we have stayed in.

The only item that could do with improvement is a light over the steps now that it gets dark early - otherwise all else was good.

Lovely stay at The Old Potting shed. Nice big comfy bed. You really can tell the effort put in from the quality sheets and towels which smelt so fresh. Absolutely spotless and serviced daily. Breakfast was presented well. Great location to get the bus into York City. Nick & Margie both very nice and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was so fresh and well presented. Property was very clean and really comfortable. Nick and Margie were amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Information provided by hosts was really useful. We felt extremely welcome.

We've stayed near York many times but nothing compares to The Old Potting Shed. The accommodation was spotless. A very large, comfy bed and stunning bathroom. The attention to detail was inspirational. The breakfast was delicious. Nick and Margie were truly amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Perfect hosts, sensational accommodation in a fantastic location. Can't fault any of it. It really was superb. We will go back and stay again. Didn't want to come home!

Lovely welcome , this is such a lovely little place . Very handy for York and surrounding areas. Nicely presented breakfast , comfortable & clean facilities. Definitely a return visit to be made 😊
