Everything really, from the lovely welcome by hosts Nick and Margie to the beautifully appointed accommodation, the excellent and generous breakfast and the delightful private garden. It was extremely comfortable, and we loved it.

Nothing to dislike.

"Excellent B&B accommodation near to Designer Outlet and York ringroad."

Lovely converted barn with all the amenities for a first class B&B. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and bathroom spacious and modern. Both bath and shower, which was appreciated. The owners are very helpful and responsive to any issues. Lovely continental breakfast, delivered precisely on time. Very good pub, The Plough, only a short drive away for dinner.

Parking and turning might be an issue for some, as the entrance and turning space is quite tight. Needs a fair bit of manouvering to drive out onto the road, wouldn't want to try reversing out as it is quite a busy road.

Well furnished modern room and bathroom.

Continental breakfast was a bit limited, eg No cheese or cold meat. Bathroom wasn't tidied or washbasin cleaned after first night.

"A lovely quiet place to stay for a short break in easy reach of city centre."

Great to have our own private little garden area. The decor, furniture etc are all high quality and comfortable. Bathroom is large and very well laid out with a lovely big walk in shower and separate bath. Breakfast delivered in a lovely hamper each morning. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. 5 minute drive to park and ride bus service into centre of York much easier and a lot cheaper than driving into York.

The apartment and courtyard were absolutely perfect! Gorgeous little village, great facilities, amazing hosts and terrific breakfast made it the best place we stayed in our 3 x weeks in the UK!!

"Luxury accommodation"

Luxury accommodation with outside private sitting area, hosts next door but didn't bother with you. Breakfast hamper delivered in the morning which was amazing. Very close to park and ride which takes hassle out of finding parking in York. Would certainly recommend this property.
