"Fabulous stay. Great lodges and location"

Great location on a beautiful site. Very well equipped and clean. Hot tub was great after a long day cycling on the quiet country roads. Staff in reception and the bar are exceptionally good. Our 4th visit to this site and we will return

Mattress on the bed and the pillows were not the best.

"Completely spoilt Xmas for us"

The only good thing was the location

It was supposed to be a luxury lodge and it was dirty. There were torn curtains and the springs were coming that he mattress. We complained and they moved us to another lodge which was marginally cleaner but the main door would only close if you slammed it. Beds were really bad again as well

We loved everything about our stay. The onsite pub was fantastic, and the food is brilliant. We couldn't of asked for a better trip and have already booked to stay again. Highly recommend. York isn't far away either, if you want a trip out the country park.

There wasn't anything we didn't enjoy.

2nd dedroom very small Kitchen poor supply of kitchen utensils. Not even a bar a soap in bathroom
