LookOut DrakeBay

We got a simple room with a drake bay view. In our room no AC but a fan, was ok. All was ok, especially the host super friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be served upon request. You can use the common room, kitchen, fridge. Also the food in the local restaurant was very good. Beach and place to buy beer is nearby, minutes away.

Very friendly and helpful owner, amazing location overlooking Drake bay and their lovely garden buzzing with hummingbirds. They serve a delicious breakfast at whatever time you want!

Nothing for us to dislike

Simple wooden bungalows in an exceptional setting overlooking Drake bay and lovely garden which attracts the birds. Lovely friendly and helpful hosts who do a great breakfast. The boat was Sierpe dropped us off close to the bungalows and Michael picked us up. Short walk into town by road or along beach if tide is out.

Nothing though a mosquito net would have been useful or a hook to hang ours from

The views from our room were unbelievable. Beautiful sunrise. Location just next to the beach

The man of the staff was all the time doing unnecessary jokes that made us feel uncomfortable most of the time. The breakfast is super small and expensive. If you are not paying in cash you have to pay an extra 13% of taxes

Great food at the restaurant. Amazing view. Very cheap.

It’s a little bit of a hike to the room

The location is top! If you wonder if you'll get a good view, don't worry, every bumgalow has its own unique viewpoint soot towards the sea. The food is delicious, both in the hotel and in the restaurant (and once again great views). I really recommend this place, the people take great care of you and the rooms are so amazing you can sit on your balcony and observe all types of birds (including toucans).

The room was clean, the safe secure, good bug mesh on the windows (although the bugs will always find a way in in an area so rich in wildlife). Amazing views from the room and from the viewpoint above. Breakfast was excellent in taste and value.

great rooms only 10 mins walking from the dusty town, overlooking jungle and the sea, very quiet and friendly hosts, a gem at Drake bay!

Good food in the restaurant and a great community kitchen with a great view. Everything was clean and the stuff were very flexible with our wishes. Also one of the best beaches 1min away.

The "window" in the bathroom is just a hole in the wall, so you need to shower during the day otherwise there will be a lot of bugs in it. :)
