Very nice location and fun swimming area

The oeoole in the river units next to us ignored the no music and no loud music rules (units 1 to 3 I think). They played music until late at night an screamed and shouted until really close if not after midnight. We felt that it was goung to cause conflict jf we said something while we are their so kept quiet. But this alone is enough for ua not to visit a very nice facility again. The security guard on duty definately heard what was going on and he did nothing. It could be a very peaceful getaway from the city but no use if oeople staying over are making more noise than any city environment. Sorry 🥹

No wifi or cellular reception was very poor. The lodge should atleast have tea/coffee sachets for one night in the self catering, some travelers come in late.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Close to Parys, if one needs anything.

The constant monkey problems and the fact that we didn't know that the playpark caters for large groups. Not having much cellphone reception.
