El hostal es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza. La dueña es encantadora, te ayuda con todo. El mejor hostal en el que hemos estado durmiendo en Vietnam. Repetiría 100%

Tôi thường xuyên đến Cát Bà vào mùa Thu. Thời điểm đẹp nhất của đảo, và đây là một trong những nơi tốt nhất trên đảo chính để ở, từ đây bạn có thể tới mọi nơi trên đảo bằng xe máy.

Mooi en rustige plek in het tropische groen met zwembad en grote tuin. We vonden vooral de overdekte ruimte tussen de verschillende huisjes erg leuk: om wat te drinken, eten, poolen en andere gasten te ontmoeten. Goede tips en hulp gekregen van het personeel bij de organisatie van leuke trips.

We hebben bewust gekozen voor een locatie wat verder van het stadje af, je zit hier in alle rust op 15 min van het stadje. Er is een prima zwembad en er wordt ook lekker voor je gekookt. De vlindervallei op 5 min rijden met de scooter was ook erg mooi om te bezoeken. De kamers zijn niet heel groot maar voldoen verder prima, bedden waren erg goed. De accommodatie heeft onze dagtour naar Halong Bay en Lan Ha bay geregeld. Rijd vooral met een scooter het eiland rond, dat was erg leuk om te doen.

The place was calm and off the main road. Has a pretty tired pool table but that’s okay. There is a restaurant on site that has an okay menu, the breakfast wasn’t very good but acceptable.

Booked two nights but only stayed one. The whole staff looked depressed, feels very old and a bit moldy. Our room was a container (not a problem) but the shower wasn’t working correctly, the smell was not nice, the bed seemed to have a fold in the middle and the ground was sunken in the middle of the room. The AC was working just about ok but terribly loud and just above our heads in bed. Most surfaces are windows so not much privacy if you don’t close the curtains. In addition we heard what we assume was a rat or other rodent walking on the roof. In addition, the price is not aligned with what you get. Nothing is in walking distance either so prepare to rent a motorbike at the homestay or pay for taxis.

החופים די מרוחקים

Very nice family-run business. They helped me for so much things (Tour, bus, laundry, motorbike…). They also allowed me to have an early check-in (I arrived during a big thunderstorm from a long night bus so it was really appreciated! The pool was clean and the atmosphere was really friendly.
