GBGBThe cottage was cozy and comfortable. It got nice and warm which was appreciated! Well equipped with appliances and everything we needed. Sauna and Jacuzzi were the main reasons we chose this place, and were great additions to the stay!
The staff member met during check-in was dismissive and wanted to leave (even though we arrived at the pre-stipulated check-in time). Did not show us around the place making the stay feel quite a bit impersonal. There was no instruction booktlet for the place or staff in the premises to ask for help (e.g. Jacuzzi kept getting colder immediately after top was opened, we wanted to know if we could get coals in the premisses to use the BBQ). Jacuzzi water was cold on the day/night of arrival which meant we could not use it on our first night. There was an extra Duvet in the living room covered with what looked like vomit and some utensils in the kitchen were dirty.
