If i had to be picky, the only thing i disliked were the cobwebs but there were not many and it was the season for spiders

The hot tub lid injured my friend when taking it off as it didn’t have a lifter and is waterlogged so far too heavy Lots of rot in the wood on outside

No local walks from the site (ie to walk the dog). Loud music from one of the Moore’s boats in the early hours of the morning - made a complaint. Heard no more about it
GBGBThe property was really cosy, very comfortable and warm. Everything has been done to a high standard and the view is unbelievable. The staff was really helpful. It’s been a wonderful stay, an opportunity to switch off and admire the beautiful Scottish sceneries.

Decor is very old
GBGBThe lodge and its location where beautiful. The lodge was lovely and warm and contained most essentials needed for the stay. Bedrooms where spacious and each guest (4) had plenty of towels . Mark a worker from the adjoining marina was very helpful as we had no contact with any staff from our own complex.
Absolutely zero communication or hospitality with staff at the lodge . No instructions for getting the key to the lodge or getting into the complex through the main gate and no check in. No welcome book with information for use of appliances, wifi codes or more importantly emergency contact details. No water including in the toilets on the first day which was sorted by the afternoon but had no curtesy call to check the issue had been solved . The DVD player had no wires and looked as though it had never been dusted along with the stand and there where 2 batteries for 3 remotes and only one of which worked. A sanitary pad was found in the jets of the hot tub filter which definately put everyone off going in. Cobwebs on every ceiling and sauna very temptemental . Electric fire heater wouldn't work. Id like to especially mention an extremely rude member of staff (Gwen) who tried to encourage us to cancel our booking through her complete lack of understanding of booking com and their difference in price. She is most defiantly not suited to a customer service role .
