Very nice place, rooms and spacious. No need to book in advance if coming off-season.

The food was quite expensive, and not worth the money we paid.

The dining area is beautiful and the staff are too! Super kind family who make you feel welcome instantly. Delicious food! There are games and books, a charging station and filter water machine too. We took the budget room which was still clean and comfortable, there is a hot shower available also.

It was hard to keep climbing up on arrival to Namche but at least on the way back it’s the first place you arrive!

We stayed here twice, on our way up and coming back down. The tea room is very beautiful. The food is good, lots of options. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. The bed was heated, which really helps on cold days. The bathroom was spacious, but a little cold. The shower had hot water but we struggled a little to get it to the rain shower head, so half the time we showered with the water coming out of the lower faucet, which worked fine. It’s a located a little higher than most of Namche. We gave them our laundry in the early evening and it was clean the next day. We especially recommend the Swiss Rösti for breakfast. Water bottles can be filled for 100 NPR by the reception.

Staying here felt like pure luxury on our trekking tour. The staff is so friendly and made us feel welcomed from the very first moment. Delicious food. View over Namche amazing (although you first have to earn it, being almost on top of the village;)). The dining hall was one of our favourite ones on our trip; warm, nicely decorated, games available to borrow. We stayed in one of the rooms with attached bathrooms; we appreciated the hot shower and also the heating matress very much! Definitely recommend this lodge and hopefully will be back soon!
