Very bad experience! The room not suitable for families. It was not clean and had very little space. The room was very hot as it did not have an exhaust fan fitted. The bathroom was very narrow, and the ventilation window was not cleaned. It was covered in cobwebs. There was even a used condom on the window sill!

They charged more than what was mentioned in the booking.com. Further, though I confirmed through call the previous day, they cancelled the reservation.

It was very uncomfortable stay i will never recommend this stay

They didnt give a single blanket for sleeping while i notice it i call to reception and ask for it then they said my call was disturbing at that time for them very bad experience... Not worty for money.. Also the bed is very hard

Close to Aluva bus and train station

Staff were incredibly rude, withheld change for payment until checkout, and then didn’t give full amount. Room was dirty and sheets needed to be changed. Uncomfortable

I have never stayed in such a bad room in my entire life. The receptionist’s behavior was very poor, and I felt as if I was staying there for free.
