The location is upstairs..no lift..we need to carry all our luggages from ground floor to first floor via stairs.. Also the receptionist was bit rude..told me that he called me on my phone many times to confirm our arrival..but I didn't receive any call..I tried to explain but he was not in a mood to even hear me properly..Also I need to pay more money than which was shown in booking.com
