Almost no internet or phone signal was great, No one could bother you while on leave or talk for hours on the phone You have to enjoy nature, drinking wine and watching the sun set, in all its glory😁

The road was hectic, if we new before hand that the road to hondeklipbaai looked like that We would not have bothered as it is heavy on your vehicle. But we wanted to see the area and the surrounding towns which was great. Unfortunately the gravel road does not do traveling to hondeklipbaai any good and we will not be going there again soon, u less somehing is done to improve the hravel road.

The room did not have enough space for our luggage, as we stayed only one night, so did not need to unpack. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable.

We had no water due to an electricity problem and could only shower the next day.

Off the beaten path, but worth the drive. Hosts are excellent

The road to hondeklipbaai might put some off, dont follow google maps

Location was good. Play area was a bonus.

Potential Safety Hazard!!!! Gas geyser INSIDE the house- this is exactly how guests have died at other overnight venues due to carbon monoxide poisoning. No aircon or fan- it was extremely hot, and the mozzies carried us away. The fridge had a very strong fish smell inside- not pleasant. Just fyi- the property is not wheelchair friendly.

The host was very sweet and she even waited for us to arrive as we arrived late. The place is perfectly located. If you really want a break from the city this is the perfect place to go. Lovely view of the ocean and very close to the beach. The facilities are self sufficient, literally felt like we were home because everything is there. You also have access to Dstv if you are attached to your shows. Great braai facilities and great patio. Everything feels authentic. They also have a generator for when loadshedding hits.

The rustic wooden cabin was well equipped and I loved the quirky vibe of the property.

The double bed is a bit narrow for two tall people.

We loved the setting on the West Coast. Absolutely stunning!! The apartments are well equipped with friendly staff. The view from the apartment is absolutely perfect and a West Coast dream stop!!
