Linda and Raylene provided us warm hospitality upon our arrival. The Pondokkie experience was a memorable one, we felt safe in that little community. Thanks to Linda for reserving us a table for dinner and many thanks to Rooi Spinnekop for the wonderfully cooked dinner.

"HONNE-PONDOKKIES IS TOPS"

Hondeklip Bay is a hidden gem. Honne Pondokkies is a lovely place to stay when visiting this little town. Everything you might need is in the unit. It's the first place on our road trip that had DSTV. Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It's walking distance to two restaurants.

We liked everything.

"Rude owner!!!"

It's a beautiful place. The locals are awesome.

The road is absolutely horrible. Try to phone the owner of the place where we stay to ask questions but no help and she is extremely rude .Doubt she has any idea what's happening with her business. Just a heads up... You have to buy everything that you need and fill up at Garies. No fuel, there!! No issue with that but hey. A smile never killed anyone. @the owner.
