Facility do not offer breakfast.despite poor hygiene at least there is warm water

Room too dusty , bedding not fresh, sewage smell and water pump noise from through out the night, window blinds not closing properly

We were allowed to use the ironing station and the dining hall; the allocation of rooms was done smoothly.

in terms of health and safety We were 18 in total, booked 10 rooms, the rooms were without air conditioners. The rooms were infested with mosquitos and cockroaches, as a result sleeping was impossible for most, only 2 fans were available. There is no signage down the passages, so getting to the rooms was a mission, they are also not compliant on safety standards, there were no meeting point in case of emergency, there are no fire extinguishers. If they can use fragranced cleaning material as the rooms did not smell good, a mixture of spirit, vinegar and dish washing liquid when cleaning the floors keeps the area fresh smelling and also act as a natural disinfectant, they could also use bicarbonate of soda for showers, shower curtain in my room needed washing, it was stained.
