Emampingeni lodge

*The place was easily accessible. *The staff was superb and helpful also went all out to make our stay enjoyable. *The rooms were extremely clean and attended to daily. *The rooms were nice and spacious.

*Small parking space was frustrating. *Stagnant water leading to mosquitoes flooding the rooms making it impossible to have a peaceful sleep. *Cheap toilet paper which is highly unacceptable especially for females. *Only 2 hangers were provided.

Friendly staff

The place needs NEW linen. The one they’re using has rust-like stains that won’t come out. Secondly, visitors need to be given GATE REMOTE, because we had to wait for the receptionist to open the gate for us and that always took time, at some point we had to wait for more than 5minutes because there was no one at reception to see us at the gate and open for us. Also please change shower heads!!

The room smell, bath towels too old with holes, small parking, bed not in a good condition

The room was too small, cant even move freely, no fan, no aircon, mosquitoes the whole night. Tv was not working , we were told the guy will come to fix it but never came. Parking it a disaster, nearly scratch the car. Only 6 parkings out of many rooms. The room was clean though. Please improve quality of linen. Please provide mop to wipe floor as water from the shower spills to the room.
