If it were possible to give a rating higher than "excellent," we would give it to Hippo Water Lodge without a second thought. We only stayed here for one night, but this experience was the absolute highlight and most memorable part of our journey. A magical place for complete immersion in nature! But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible warmth and care of the owner. When we were leaving, he was genuinely concerned that our small car might not handle the rain-washed, muddy dirt road. He didn't just give advice—he personally escorted us in his 4x4 through the most difficult and muddy section to ensure we wouldn't get stuck and could proceed with confidence. This gesture is beyond praise and shows a genuine commitment to guests. Thank you so much for this little paradise and for your incredible hospitality. We left not just rested, but with a feeling that we were truly welcome and cared for. We will definitely be back for a longer stay

Lodge sul fiume dove si vediamo ippopotami se si ha fortuna anche in giardino la notte. La proprietaria moto gentile e disponibile Abbiamo cenato in loco dove ci hanno proposto come menu un insalata, lasagne di pollo e lici. Molto buono

Per arrivare al lodge la strada non é asfaltata con varie buche anche profonde. Adatta per 4x4ma può essere difficile con un auto normale soprattutto se piove.
