Very spacious and comfortable.

It needs a bit of maintenance here and there, but otherwise all good.

TV did not work Shower was broken water all over the floo

I appreciated the size of the room and the provision of the filter coffee.

The beds were not comfortable, the brown water was not pleasant although this did get better on the second day. The traffic noise was also a bit loud.

Staff very friendly and helpful and competent Loved the electrical blanket - great feature Loved the cafe on the premises - very convenient

Shower needs urgent attention - leaking and base was unstable - potential falling hazard Trying to regulate the water temperature in shower - was terrible - was either hot or cold - could not get a even temp Towels were terrible !!! - they were so hard - made it impossible to dry yourself - MUST be improved Quality of food must be improved

We did not have breakfast, but the accommodation was fantastic. I would highly recommend Hendersons and would definitely use them again. The only thing that you can perhaps request from your guests that leave early, is to try and keep the noise down, as their where guests that made a bit of noise at 5-6 in the morning.
