The location is convenient. The tiled floors are welcome.

Accessibility is difficult, the main entrance is not visible from the road, its dark, no proper branding to enhance visibility. The driveway into the reception/entrance is not paved. Paving with signage could help with visibility. The beds are uncomfortable, the bed linen is old and needs to be changed and towels are brown and super dry, white towels are best as its easy to see cleanliness plus a little bit of sta soft can help. The breakfast/coffee area is cluttered, old and does not look clean and tidy, it can do with an upgrade.
